Clinical Lead (RGN/ RMN)- Care Home
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 2EP
Hours: 40 hours per week (Nights)
Pay: Competitive + plus travel costs and accommodation if required
Contract: 3 month fixed term contract
As a Care Home Clinical Lead, you’ll blend hands-on nursing with strategic leadership. You’ll have the autonomy to uphold high clinical standards, mentor a dedicated team, and ensure every resident receives deeply personalized care.
The Role
* Lead & Govern: Oversee care plans, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
* Clinical Judgement: Use your expertise to make critical decisions and manage clinical projects.
* Inspire Others: Act as a mentor, providing coaching and training to keep the team at the forefront of clinical developments.

About You
* Qualified: Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC pin.
* Expertise: Experience in gerontology and a solid grasp of clinical policy/pharmaceutical guidelines.
* Leader: Proven track record in clinical mentorship and a passion for person-centered care.
* Credentials: Must hold a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
