We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Electrical Site Operative to join our client's growing team. This is a field-based role where you will be supporting the installation and maintenance of electrical and security systems across a variety of sites. Ideal for someone early in their career who is keen to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop their skills further.
Requirements:
* A genuine interest in electrical or security system work.
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
* Willingness to work at heights.
* Previous experience or transferable skills (e.g., from electrical, construction, or site-based roles) would be advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the installation and maintenance of systems such as CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and fire alarms.
* Work alongside experienced engineers to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
* Follow health & safety standards and company procedures at all times.
* Support the team with troubleshooting and resolving issues on site.
* Manage tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
Working Hours:
* 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
* On site in Ely
