What youll be doing: Youll be at the heart of product creation-turning bold ideas into beautifully crafted garments that their community loves. From first sketch to final production, youll ensure every piece meets their high standards for fit, performance, and ethical production. Bring designs to life with detailed, clear, and inspiring tech packs Lead fit sessions and collaborate closely with teams in the UK and India Champion quality and consistency across every product Troubleshoot technical challenges with confidence and creativity Analyse returns and feedback to continuously improve collections Help drive innovation in sustainable fabrics, trims, and processes Work cross-functionally with Product, Production, QC, and Customer Happiness teams What were looking for: Youre technically brilliant but also collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused.
