The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full 360° recruitment cycle within the Facilities Management sector. You’ll develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering tailored recruitment solutions and consistently exceeding expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement * Build and maintain strong client relationships within the FM or Engineering sectors * Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, and referrals * Write compelling job adverts and manage responses effectively * Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on market conditions and recruitment best practices * Achieve and exceed individual and team targets/KPIs * Maintain accurate records using our recruitment CRM system * Stay up to date with industry trends and developments About You: * Proven experience as a recruitment consultant (360 or 180), ideally in FM, Engineering, or Technical sectors * Strong business development skills with a track record of building a client base * Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven * Organised and able to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively * A genuine interest in the Facilities Management or Engineering space * Experience using a CRM or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) * A driving licence for field/client visits is desired Why Join Ferguson Resource Group? * Competitive base salary with uncapped commission * Clear career progression with opportunities to grow into senior or leadership roles * Supportive, ambitious team culture with regular incentives and team socials * Access to industry-leading recruitment tools and resources * A chance to make a real impact in a growing business with big ambitions * 30 Days holiday, including bank holidays, plus your birthday off * Team and Individual Incentives
