Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced leader / supervisor, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.
No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Develop and support team members through coaching and mentorship.
* Coordinate in-store training and participate in Coffee Academy sessions as required.
Qualifications
* No prior coffee experience required; full training provided in-store and at Coffee Academies.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passion for coffee and cake, with a customer-focused mindset.
