We're partnering with a well-established and fast-growing UK business operating in the infrastructure and civil engineering space, supporting major residential and commercial developments across the country. This isn't your typical account management role. You're not managing \"nice-to-have\" products - you're coordinating essential infrastructure that every project depends on, working directly with contractors and developers to keep their programmes on track.

The Role:

This is a fast-paced, client-facing account management position focused on owning a portfolio of key accounts, managing inbound project enquiries, and delivering accurate, timely quotations that convert into orders. No cold calling or new business development - this is pure relationship and project management.

You'll be:

• Receiving full training and onboarding to set you up for success
• Managing a portfolio of accounts across active construction and development projects
• Handling incoming project enquiries and producing accurate, specification-led quotes
• Following up on live opportunities and driving them through to order confirmation
• Negotiating pricing and terms within agreed margins to secure project wins
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with contractors, developers, and project leads

What We're Looking For:

• Some experience in an account management, project coordination, or customer-facing role -though we'd also love to hear from recent graduates looking to launch their career in a commercial environment!
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build long-term client relationships
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• • Attention to detail - especially when handling quotes, specifications, and project timelines
