Learning and Development Area Trainer for Bupa Care Services (Care Homes)
Covering 3 care homes in West London (Wembley, Uxbridge & Southall)
Permanent
Up to £31,500 + fantastic benefits including a company car for travel.

Role Overview
This is training that makes all the difference. In Bupa Care Homes, it is our privilege to care for people, treating each resident as if they were part of our own family. To do this, we need Trainers who support our employees and equip them with the tools they need to deliver the best possible service.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver a range of training, such as new starter inductions, mandatory training, technical and soft skills training
* Use various training methods to motivate and meet different learning styles, both face-to-face and virtually
* Provide one-to-one support, coaching, and assessment of staff within the home to facilitate successful completion of training requirements
* Analyze learning reports to identify and advise on training needs
* Maintain relationships with Care Home Managers through regular formal training meetings to discuss Learning and Development needs
* Ensure all training information is logged accurately and kept up to date on the system
What You’ll Bring
* Customer-focused with effective listening skills
* Experience delivering training in person, in groups, or virtually, preferably within healthcare
* Proficiency in delivering engaging training via Teams
* Familiarity with MS Office and confidence in using information systems for recording learning
* Awareness of regulatory requirements for Learning and Development in the sector
* Effective communication skills to influence, coach, and converse appropriately with delegates and customers
* Excellent time management and workload prioritization skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, open to new ideas and ways of working
* Proactive, self-driven, and tenacious approach
* Respectful and compassionate team player committed to personal excellence
* Full driving license and access to a car
