We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Service Wide Duty Support Team in Exeter. This non-case holding locum role is ideal for someone looking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing essential support across the Exeter and East Assessment & Intervention service.

What You Will Do
Provide vital duty support to teams during high-demand periods, ensuring immediate needs are addressed.
Maintain clear, concise, and accurate records of all actions and interventions.
Coordinate with Duty Managers to execute tasks efficiently and provide practical assistance.
Stay up-to-date with policies and procedures, ensuring best practice across the service.
Contribute to a supportive team culture, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery.
Minimum 3 years post-qualifying experience (PQE)
Registration with Social Work England
Interview Process: Shortlisted candidates will complete a 30-minute online pre-interview assessment.
Office Base: County Hall, Exeter (1–2 days per week in the office)
