Main Responsibilities
• Help Yorkshire Water customers with billing questions.
• Take payments and update account details like addresses.
• Explain how bills are calculated in a clear, friendly way.
• Keep billing records accurate and up to date.
• Support customers across phone, email, and other channels.

• Clear and confident communication.
