* Provide expert HR advice and guidance in response to client requests, including arranging meetings, recommending solutions, and preparing consultancy proposals.
* Design and deliver innovative HR consultancy products in line with national standards and business requirements.
* Support continuous improvement of HR consultancy products and services to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
* Lead the needs analysis, design, delivery, validation, and evaluation of HR consultancy interventions, workshops, and seminars.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to identify opportunities for cross-selling services.
* Proactively develop opportunities to market and grow HR consultancy services with existing and prospective clients.
* Build strong and lasting client relationships through professional, responsive, and commercially focused support.

About You

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

You will ideally have:

* MCIPD qualification, Level 7 qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience within a senior HR role.
* Strong knowledge of organisational culture change, performance management, and change management at individual, team, and organisational levels.
* Up-to-date technical HR knowledge supported through ongoing CPD activity.
* Proven experience advising managers and stakeholders on a wide range of employee relations and people matters, including attendance management, restructuring, redundancy, organisational change, and performance issues.
* Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with experience delivering training and guidance to managers on HR and employment law matters.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* The ability to manage your own diary, workload, and priorities effectively while working autonomously.
* Previous consultancy experience is advantageous; however, candidates from in-house or interim HR backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

What We Offer

* Competitive salary and benefits package
* Car allowance
* Flexible and autonomous working environment
