The Regional Sales Manager role focuses on growing the transport and warehousing safety business by generating and managing new opportunities, influencing early project specifications, and promoting the clients loading-bay safety solutions. It involves engaging with end users, designers, contractors and integrators, conducting site visits and demonstrations, and building a certified installer network. The role also requires understanding market regulations and technical requirements, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and consistent year-on-year growth.
Requirements of the Regional Sales Manager
Engineering background (ideally Mechanical or Civil) to HNC or Degree level.
Technical B2B sales experience, preferably within the UK Warehousing, Transport, or Automotive sectors.
Proven ability to create, deliver, and execute sales plans in a technical environment.
Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and proficiency with core IT tools (Office and CRM systems).
