About the role
Due to internal progression, we are now recruiting for 3 Operations Managers to join Hargreaves Lansdown (HL). As an Operations Manager you will lead, coach, motivate and performance manage an Operations Team to deliver outstanding client service. By becoming a role model of HL's values to your team you will drive positive change and outcomes whilst keeping our clients at the heart of everything you do.
