Division Manager - Finance & Investment Banking (US Market)
CMC Partners is a world-leading Executive Search firm, working with some of the biggest names across the US Construction, Renewable Energy, Advanced Technology, and Data Centre markets. We specialise in C-suite and senior-level placements, operating at the top end of the search industry. Having doubled our revenue for the last three years consecutively, we’re scaling further. Our next growth chapter is building out a senior search team focused on Finance & Investment Banking executive recruitment.
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant or Senior Recruiter (2+ years) with a strong track record to spearhead the leadership of our newest division. You’ll operate as a 360° headhunter, managing senior mandates, developing partnerships with market-leading businesses, and placing top-tier talent into transformative roles. You will have one experienced consultant under you, with the aim to build out the team further in the coming months.
What You’ll Do:
* Own and develop a specialist desk within Finance (US market focus, Investment Banking knowledge is a bonus)
* Manage high-level searches, building partnerships with C-suite clients and senior candidates
* Present candidate shortlists and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
* Run in-depth market mapping and competitor analysis to identify top talent and new opportunities
* Negotiate contracts and fees with multi-billion-dollar businesses
* Contribute to growth strategy, client development, and management of junior consultants
* Collaborate closely with high-performing colleagues in a tight-knit, ambitious team culture
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in Executive Search or Senior Recruitment within Finance/Data Centres/Infrastructure
* Knowledge of or exposure to the US market (highly desirable)
* Strong track record of billings and client delivery
* Ambitious, commercial mindset with resilience and drive
* Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and deal closer
* Desire to scale a high-performing desk and take on leadership opportunities
