I am looking for a Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer situated within the Glastonbury area, eager to engage in a wide range of complex Geo-Environmental and Geotechnical Engineering projects.
You will have the opportunity to work for an independent Ground Engineering consultancy across the SW region, involved in various brownfield development projects.
As a Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer, your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of ground investigation site works and validation activities. You will also receive training in technical reporting and earthwork/remediation supervision to support your professional growth.
To qualify for this position, it is expected that you reside within a commutable distance from Bristol and have access to a vehicle. The ideal candidate will have:
1. A good class honours degree in geology, engineering geology, geotechnics, geo-environmental engineering, or a related geo-science.
2. Relevant work experience in ground investigation (GI) would be advantageous but is not essential.
3. The ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
4. A full UK driving licence.
