Job Summary
Responsible for managing Master Systems Integration (MSI) activities within Building Automation projects across EMEA. Ensures project delivery on time, within budget, and meets client expectations. Acts as the primary contact for BMS vendor partners, CBRE PMO colleagues, and the CBRE Engineering Team during MSI projects. Builds relationships with clients, construction managers, contractors, and technical staff to grow the business.
Job Responsibilities
1. Organize, attend, and lead stakeholder meetings.
2. Coordinate with client stakeholder groups across North America & EMEA, providing weekly reports.
3. Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings.
4. Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
5. Ensure project deadlines are met and support in-country project managers.
6. Provide procedural and technical guidance, including remote and on-site visits across Europe.
7. Contribute to project portfolio reports.
8. Mentor and train team members.
9. Develop and implement improved project management strategies.
10. Maintain project documentation and frameworks.
11. Assess risks and issues, providing solutions.
12. Serve as liaison between engineering teams and stakeholders.
13. Support sustainability and corporate social responsibility objectives.
14. Manage client relationships to grow business and solve problems.
15. Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, especially schedule and finance.
16. Manage internal financial reporting.
17. Achieve or exceed financial goals.
18. Handle escalation management internally and with clients.
19. Deliver MSI projects on time and within budget.
Candidate Specification
1. Experience in Project/Program Management.
2. Knowledge of building services and control systems.
3. Willingness to travel across Europe (10-15% expected).
4. Understanding of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems.
5. Experience with Niagara control systems.
6. Building automation system design experience.
