Job Summary
Responsible for managing Master Systems Integration (MSI) activities in Building Automation projects across EMEA. This includes resource allocation, ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations. Acts as the main contact for BMS vendor partners, CBRE PMO colleagues, and represents the CBRE Engineering Team during MSI projects. Establishes partnerships with clients, construction managers, general contractors, and technical staff to maintain and grow the business.
Job Responsibilities
1. Organize, attend, and lead stakeholder meetings.
2. Coordinate with client stakeholder groups across North America & EMEA for weekly reporting.
3. Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
4. Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
5. Ensure project deadlines are met and support in-country project managers.
6. Provide procedural and technical guidance, including on-site visits and European travel.
7. Contribute to project portfolio reports.
8. Mentor and train team members.
9. Develop and implement improved project management strategies.
10. Maintain documentation and adhere to frameworks.
11. Assess risks and provide solutions.
12. Serve as liaison between engineering teams and stakeholders.
13. Support sustainability and CSR objectives.
14. Create win-win solutions for clients and grow business.
15. Ensure SLA compliance and manage financial reporting.
16. Achieve or exceed financial goals.
17. Manage escalation processes.
18. Deliver MSI projects on time and within budget.
Candidate Specifications
1. Experience in Project/Program Management.
2. Knowledge of building services and control systems.
3. Willingness to travel across Europe (10-15% expected).
4. Understanding of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems.
5. Experience with Niagara control systems.
6. Building automation system design experience.
