Associate Dentist/Senior Mentor Dentist – Flexible Role with Strong Support

With a fully established patient list, strong internal support, and access to a wide range of treatments, this role is ideal for a clinician seeking flexibility, development, and consistent earnings.
About the Position – Associate Dentist:
* 3 days per week – 2 days clinically, 1 day as Mentor lead
* £13.50 – £14 per UDA (depending on experience)
* Small UDA allocation – 1,000-1,500 maximum
* 50% split on private treatments
* £1,200 per month paid on top of your clinical earning
* Mentoring and supporting Overseas Dentists looking to obtain their Active Performer Number (NHS)
* Established patient list ensuring a stable diary from day one
* Full TCO support for diary management and treatment conversion
* Foundation Dentists welcome – excellent clinical support available (Senior and longstanding Associates in situ)
* Immediate start available

* Part-time role – 2–5 days per week (flexible Monday–Friday)
* £13.50 – £14 per UDA (depending on experience)
* 1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
* 50% split on private treatments
* Established patient list ensuring a stable diary from day one
* Full TCO support for diary management and treatment conversion
* Immediate start available
