We're looking for a Behaviour & Inclusion Support Worker to join a specialist setting in South Bradford, supporting children and young people who may have experienced exclusion, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, or barriers to learning in mainstream education.
If you're the sort of person who can build trust, spot what's really going on beneath the surface, and help young people find their feet again, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting pupils across a range of ages and abilities
* Working one-to-one and in small groups to help students engage with learning

o Enjoy building meaningful relationships with young people
o Have experience in education, youth work, support work, coaching, care, mentoring, or similar roles

What you'll need
o An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
o Two recent professional references
o A strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
o A positive, resilient attitude and genuine passion for supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
