Job Description
* Assist the Membership Team with event preparation.
* Handle enquiries, registration, and payments for the Membership events.
* Address membership enquiries.
* Update membership data by reaching out to members, utilising various methods such as phone calls and emails.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the Membership Department.
Job Requirements
* Interest in event planning and member engagement.
* Good communication skills (spoken and written).
* Organised, detail-oriented, and responsible.
* Comfortable with phone calls and sending emails.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel).
* Willing to learn and take on different tasks as needed.
