A key operational leadership role responsible for managing front line, client facing teams and ensuring high quality service delivery across our advice and non-advice contracts with multiple funders. You’ll manage performance, support staff development and make sure services meet contract and organisational standards.
As part of the Operational Leadership Team, you’ll join 6 other operational managers who work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement and contribute to new business opportunities. You’ll take a hands on approach, where your work directly improves service delivery and creates impact.
About You
* Demonstrable capabilities to line manage different teams and work collaboratively to meet objectives, ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
* Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage time effectively under own initiative on a range of tasks at any one time.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels appropriately, inside and external to the organisation.
* Calm and professional when handling sensitive issues, complex demands, and periods of change.
