Key Responsibilities
·Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems from concept through to completion.
·Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports ensuring all work meets project and regulatory standards.
·Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including electrical engineers, architects, and contractors.
·Conduct site inspections, surveys, and attend design and progress meetings.
·Manage and coordinate junior team members, providing guidance and technical support.
·Contribute to sustainable design practices, integrating energy-efficient and environmentally responsible solutions.
What We're Looking For
·Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
·Chartered or working towards chartership with CIBSE or IMechE.
·Experience within building services design, ideally across multiple sectors.
·Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and IES.
