We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist to join a friendly, progressive clinical team at West London NHS Trust, supporting the forensic service at St. Bernards Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Provide a clinical pharmacy service to in‑patient wards within the West London Forensic Service.
* Attend multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, clinical governance meetings, and other relevant meetings related to pharmaceutical care.
* Support the MMT‑led dispensary when required.
* Work with the specialist learning disabilities team and the Specialist Community Forensic Team (SCFT) to develop clinical pharmacy input into the service.
Qualifications
* Postgraduate Certificate in Pharmacy Practice.
* Postgraduate Certificate in Psychiatric Pharmacy or Clinical Pharmacy Diploma is desirable; training can be supported.
* Experience in or interest in mental health is required.
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team with strong communication skills.
Working Hours
25 hours per week – 7.5 hours with the specialist learning disabilities team and the remainder with forensic wards.
