Location: Preston
Salary: £30-31k + on-call allowance
Contract: Full-time Monday - Friday

What You’ll Do
* Oversee a team of support workers in our supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
* Manage rotas, liaise with families and professionals, and provide on-call support as needed.
* Lead and organise the team to deliver safe, responsive, and empowering care.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day-to-day operations of supported living services
* Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance and mentorship
* Ensure care plans are up-to-date and person-centred
* Maintain accurate records and monitor quality standards
* Take on on-call duties to provide guidance and support out-of-hours
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities

* Experience in social care, ideally with adults with learning disabilities
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to make decisions confidently and handle on-call responsibilities
