Audit Senior Position at a Medium-Sized Accountancy Practice
Our client, a medium-sized accountancy practice based in Luton, is seeking an Audit Senior. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities. The ideal candidate will be ACCA or ACA qualified or close to qualification, with a minimum of three years' accountancy practice experience in an audit role.
The role primarily involves leading and delivering statutory audit services to a diverse client portfolio, with a 70% audit and 30% non-audit split.
As an Audit Senior, you will regularly interact with clients. Therefore, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential.
The candidate must be technically proficient, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. While an Audit Senior is ideal, candidates at a lower level with strong audit experience will also be considered.

* Assist managers and partners with audit planning
* Prepare audit fieldwork at client premises
* Develop and maintain relationships with business owners
* Prepare accounts and CT computations
* Lead various audit engagements
Position Requirements
* Experience in audit work within a practice setting is essential
* Broad experience in accounts, tax, and audit
* Full UK driving license
Remuneration and Benefits
* Salary up to approximately £50,000 per annum
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
* Option to work from home around 40% of the week
