This role partners closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver high-impact People & Culture solutions that drive business performance, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness. With a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, the role provides commercially focused ER leadership, case management and advice, while also supporting the delivery of the Tradebe People & Culture transformation, change agenda and global strategy across UK divisions. In addition you will:
* Lead a responsive, commercially focused Employee Relations service, providing expert advice, case management and support in line with policy and employment legislation, including tribunal-ready documentation
* Partner with divisional leadership to deliver People & Culture solutions that maximise performance, support workforce planning and strengthen business outcomes
