Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civils Trainer, located in Ilkeston. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing and updating training materials, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and mentoring students. The role also involves liaising with employers to facilitate work placement opportunities and ensuring the training meets the needs of both learners and employers.

* Experience in delivering training sessions and creating training materials
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
* Experience in career guidance and facilitating employer interviews
* Proficiency in using various instructional techniques and technologies
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and employers
* Relevant teaching or training qualifications
* Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field desirable
