Cover Supervisor Location: Richmond Pay Range: £100 - £110 Contract Type: Temp We are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and is looking to gain school-based experience before pursuing a career in teaching. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons to secondary students (KS3–KS4) in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. You will ensure that pupils remain on task, manage classroom behaviour, and provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes. This is a highly rewarding position for proactive individuals with strong classroom presence, patience, and an ability to build positive rapport with students.
