Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a National business within the Fleet Industry to recruit for a Contract Coordinator.
The main function of this role is to process all new business applications and maintain strong and supportive relationships with key internal stakeholders
Daily duties include:
1. Responsible for the administration of contracts accurately reflect pricing and contract inclusions.
2. Liaise with Procurement to ensure correct delivery / contract start dates.
3. Liaise with Asset Management to ensure correct value of goods
4. Liaise with Fleet where maintenance pricing needs review / service schedules need creating
5. Ensure all internal checks are complete and compliant with all company policies.
6. Generate contract documentation for customer signature
7. Liaise with customers by email and telephone to ensure contracts are signed
8. Ensure that all deal supporting documents are saved and stored in the location for ease of reference / audit.
9. Liaise with Finance to ensure final input checks are completed and invoicing / direct debit collections are initiated.
10. Build good relationships with internal colleagues in the execution of the above.
