The Role
* Make outbound calls to potential, low-spend, and dormant customers.
* Handle inbound sales enquiries quickly and professionally.
* Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored IT and AV product solutions.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, process orders, and generate quotes.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, purchasing, and finance teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
* Contribute to team targets and share insights on customer needs and market trends.
