Our ambition The Opportunity Our coveted Campus Ambassador positions are open to first-year students, or second year students of a four-year degree, who wish to perform the role during their penultimate year at university. It’s a fantastic way to gain valuable work experience and find out about the firm. You'll also be paid a competitive salary for the year. You'll attend a training day where you will meet with the Belfast Recruitment team and some representatives from the Belfast office. In order to apply, you will need to complete our online application form and short on-line test. We will then shortlist and progress successful candidates to interview in Spring 2026. We are looking for students who demonstrate a strong academic performance to date and have shown initiative by getting involved in lots of different things at university. At interview we will want to understand why you are interested in the firm, what you can bring to the role and how you will work with us to promote our activities on campus.
