The Role We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism * Managing appointment bookings via telephone, online, and in person * Handling patient queries and directing them to the appropriate services * Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information systems * Supporting clinicians and administrative staff with day-to-day tasks * Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with NHS policies About You * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail * Confident in using IT systems (training provided for NHS software) * Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment * Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is desirable but not essential Please * Apply * below or call us on * 0121 270 8878 *.
