Your Role
Guide your team through the balance of independence and safety. You’ll shape a culture where people set goals, plan their futures, and learn by doing while ensuring compliance, staffing, and partnership with families and professionals stay watertight.
You’ll Need
* Experience managing Learning Disabilities / Autism / Mental Health services
* Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and quality governance
* Have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care support and training towards Level 4 and 5 is available.
* A leadership style that is visible, supportive and person centred
