A highly capable Executive PA / Office Manager / Marketing Coordinator is required to support the Chief Executive Officer and contribute to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the business.
This is a pivotal, multifaceted position combining executive support, office management, and marketing coordination. The successful candidate will support senior leadership, manage daily office operations, and assist with marketing initiatives to maintain the organisation’s professional image and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Executive PA Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing internal and external communications with discretion.
* Manage complex diary scheduling, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Oversee inbox management, ensuring prioritisation, confidentiality, and timely responses.
* Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence ensuring clarity, consistency, branding, and professionalism.
* Coordinate key internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
Office Management Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and productive working environment.
* Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service provider contracts.
* Lead and coordinate office relocation projects, including logistics, supplier management, and workspace optimisation.
* Develop and maintain organisational processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
Marketing Coordination Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of marketing materials and initiatives.
* Produce branded documents and marketing collateral using design and office software, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Assist with preparation of investor presentations, proposals, and event materials.
* Support website content updates and maintenance where required.
* Coordinate corporate events ensuring alignment with organisational values and professional standards.

Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience in Executive Assistant, Office Management, or Marketing Coordination roles within professional services or real estate environments preferred.
* Experience supporting senior executives and managing complex schedules.
* Strong document production and design experience (e.g., InDesign, Canva, or similar).
* Experience managing office relocations or workplace improvement projects is advantageous.
