They plan on investing a further 18 million at the site and manufacture from 60 plants globally as an almost £8 billion turnover organisation.

Your new role Leading people on your 7am to 3pm shift to do things right and within the processes of the company to drive equipment availability up.
Give technical support to the team and prioritise work to ensure both preventative and reactive maintenance is driven at the right times. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience leading people at a supervisory or management level, willingness to still support on the tools and be trained in electrical or mechanical engineering.
