People Data & Systems Analyst / London-Hybrid / Up to £50k plus bonus
Are you passionate about turning people data into meaningful insight? We’re looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to help shape how HR data is captured, managed, and used to drive business decisions.
You’ll be the go-to expert for people data and systems — ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting cycles, and helping the HR team make smarter, evidence-based decisions. Working closely with HR, Digital, and Payroll colleagues across the UK and Europe, you’ll improve data quality, enhance processes, and deliver impactful reporting and analytics.
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage and maintain people data across HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Deliver high-quality HR reporting and insights (headcount, turnover, pay gap, etc.)
* Partner with HR and Digital teams to enhance systems and optimise processes
* Support HR users, troubleshoot issues, and help drive data confidence across the function
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience in HR data analytics or HR systems
* Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
* Experience with HRIS (ideally SAGE or similar)
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
