Engage in professional development opportunities to continually refine teaching practices. Skills and Qualifications: A pertinent degree in Mathematics or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Previous experience teaching Maths at the secondary level is preferred. Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to cater to the varied needs of all students.
