QHSE & Commercial Compliance Coordinator
Location - Hybrid (flex) Leicestershire
Contract - Perm role part time (3 days a week)
We are looking for a detail-oriented coordinator to lead the development and upkeep of company policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks. This role is key to ensuring safety, regulatory alignment, and commercial governance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Policy & Process Development
: Standardise and maintain policies, SOPs, and training guides in collaboration with department leads.
* QHSE Oversight
: Manage H&S documentation, support ISO standards, assist with audits, and drive continual improvement.
* Commercial Compliance
: Oversee insurance registers, contracts, risk assessments, and client compliance requirements.
* Governance & Authority Matrix
: Define decision rights, maintain controls, and train staff on compliance protocols.
* IT Security & Systems
: Manage SharePoint permissions, ensure secure data handling, and support cybersecurity best practices.
* Documentation Management
: Maintain structured document libraries, ensure version control, and provide compliance reporting.
Qualifications
* Experience in logistics, warehouse, or engineering environments.
* Knowledge of ISO (9001, 14001, and audits.
* Skilled in policy writing, SOPs, and document control.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
* NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent H&S knowledge desirable.
* Familiarity with insurance, contracts, and commercial compliance.
