As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our Sheffield office. Key Responsibilities
* Client Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails, ensuring all client inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to promote satisfaction, trust, and long-term loyalty.
* Account Management: Oversee existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met while identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth and upselling.
* Sales Support: Provide daily assistance to the sales team, contributing to the achievement of overall business and revenue targets.
* Customer Retention: Support and implement engagement strategies aimed at enhancing client retention and satisfaction.
* Order Processing: Manage and process client orders accurately and efficiently.
* Administrative Support: Carry out general administrative duties including scheduling, documentation, and file management.
* Team Support: Provide cover for colleagues during absences to maintain uninterrupted client service.
* Additional Duties: Undertake any other responsibilities as required by the Board of Directors.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in customer service and/or account management.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
* A proactive, enthusiastic, and professional approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.

* Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm
* £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
