Over the next few years, there’s an opportunity for the right person to step up and run more aspects of Flicksbox, helping shape and grow the business long-term. What You’ll Be Doing
* Picking up and dropping off booths from Flicksbox HQ (located just outside Truro)
* Setting up, running, and packing down our high-end photo booths
* Engaging with guests and ensuring they have a great experience
* Lifting and loading equipment (some heavy lifting involved)
* Troubleshooting minor tech issues (full training provided)
* Driving a van to transport equipment safely
* Working late nights and weekends at various events
* Capturing the atmosphere by posting behind-the-scenes moments and event highlights on social media in real-time
* Maintaining good and prompt communication with our team
What We’re Looking For
* A great personality – sociable, upbeat, and comfortable chatting with guests
* Friendly and approachable – you’ll be the face of Flicksbox at events
* Punctual and reliable – events run on tight schedules
* Tech-savvy – comfortable handling cameras, printers, and basic software (training provided)
* Physically capable – able to lift and move equipment
* A valid UK driving license (held for at least 3 years) and confident driving a van
* Experience in hospitality or events (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills – quick responses and reliability are highly valued
* Social media awareness – confident capturing and sharing event highlights
* Flexible availability – assignments are irregular and vary in frequency
* Ambition and a forward-thinking mindset – interested in growing with the business and taking on more responsibility in the future
