About the Role
As a Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more shops within a cluster, driving performance through effective team leadership, stock management, and community engagement. You'll play a key role in achieving income targets, maintaining high standards, and promoting our Gift Aid and Ecommerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage staff and volunteers to create a positive, inclusive team culture.
* Maximise shop income through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and KPI monitoring.
* Ensure shops are clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and team members.
* Collaborate with the Ecommerce team to identify and prepare stock for online sales.
* Promote Gift Aid and fundraising initiatives to boost income.
* Provide flexible support across the cluster, ensuring continuity and consistency.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and financial controls.
