The Role
:
As a Tool Setter, you will play a pivotal role in operating injection moulding machines, performing tool changes and tool trials.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with toolmakers on necessary repairs and maintenance.
2. Work closely with chargehands to execute timely tool changes.
3. Maintain production quality to meet company standards.
4. Function effectively both independently and within a team.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience working as a Tool Hanger, Tool Setter or in a similar role.
6. At least 1 year of experience with completed apprenticeship.
7. Experience in operating injection moulding machines; additional training will be provided.
8. Familiarity with tool changing would be beneficial, but not required as training will be provided.
9. Understanding of CNC would be desirable.
10. Ability to adhere to strict quality standards.
Shifts:
11. 6:00am - 2:30pm
12. 2:30pm - 10:30pm
