Retail Store Assistant
£12.21 per hour plus benefits

Location: Glasgow Crown (Superstore)
Contract: Permanent
Working hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week

Role overview: We’re seeking a motivated store assistant to join our trading team. You’ll act as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, engaging with the community and showcasing our work.
Key responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
* Working as part of the shop team to achieve sales and fundraising targets.
* Maintaining shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding, and health and safety.
* Building relationships with the community and colleagues.
* Supporting fundraising events.
* Taking keyholder responsibilities (training provided).
* Handling manual tasks and physical activity as required.
Candidate profile:
* Understanding of great customer service.
* Experience in a busy customer service environment.
* Ability to manage workload independently.
* Teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis, balancing work and personal life.
