Salary: £31,425 per annum. Position: Fixed Term Contract until 30 November 2027. Salary in Kenya: KES 2,302,095. Salary in Ethiopia: ETB 591,250. Location: Sidmouth, United Kingdom or Kenya / Ethiopia (subject to work rights).

About the Role
* Support programme cycle management for funded partnerships in Kenya, including processing funding applications, arranging project grants, maintaining partnership relationships, reporting and learning.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, particularly partner due diligence, in support of the RPPA Africa.
* Coordinate Kenya projects and programmes to ensure monitoring, evaluation and positive outcomes.
* Engage with country teams for coordinated Kenya country programme.
* Assist in collating context analysis, data, case studies, and photographs to support reporting.
About You
* Significant Kenyan experience in a sector adjacent to Animal Welfare, International Development or related.
* Demonstrable project/programme cycle management experience, ideally in animal welfare or international development.
* Degree level education or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of project monitoring and reporting tools.
* International communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Competent IT skills, including MS Office.
* Fluent in English.
