We’re looking for a Warranty Test Technician to join our Birmingham team – a position where your expertise will play a key part in identifying faults, improving processes, and reducing warranty costs. The Role You’ll take ownership of analysing and testing customer warranty returns, confirming faults against OEM specifications and identifying root causes. Your work will feed directly into product and process improvements, ensuring future issues are prevented and customer satisfaction remains high. You’ll also be working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, providing technical insights and supporting quality improvements across the business.
