Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Collections.
* Work alongside various specialist curators within the organisation.
* Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Support the organisation of events and meetings, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within an art gallery or museum.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
* Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and external partners.
