Production line runner:
What you will be doing
Deputising the line leader in the running of a production line
Gathering all ingredients required for each production run
Working day time hours, ensuring efficient food production and service in our production area
Accurate preparation of high-quality products in accordance with our specifications
Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Ensuring the production area is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times
Production line Leader:
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for the running of a production line, keeping to set targets and pushing your team to meet the demands
Ensuring all ingredients required for each production run are set up before each run
Working day time hours, ensuring efficient food production and service in our production area
Accurate preparation of high-quality products in accordance with our specifications
Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Ensuring the production area is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times
Ensuring all paperwork is filled out for the line
Kitchen operative:
What you will be doing
Working in the kitchen to produce all the mixes required for the day
Gathering all ingredients required for each mix
Some knife skills required for prepping herbs and vegetables
Working day time hours, ensuring efficient food production and service in our production area
Accurate preparation of high-quality products in accordance with our specifications
Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
Ensuring the kitchen area is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times
About You
An understanding of food preparation and food safety
Experience as a CDP/ Jr sous chef or restaurant supervisor or similar role
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management
A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality with excellent attention-to-detail
