Keystone Recruitment Partners are delighted to be working with our UK-wide air conditioning and heating client who have impressive growth plans after winning multiple national tenders and new-client wins. The client is recruiting for Senior/Lead HVAC Engineers/AC Engineers to join existing teams and provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members. The role is permanent, based from their Manchester office but working on client sites. Responsibilities
* Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members on HVAC projects.
* Support Senior/Lead engineers in delivering maintenance and service for commercial air conditioning systems.
* Collaborate with client sites to communicate professionally and effectively.
* Lead on technical problem-solving and demonstrate solutions to other engineers.
* Develop skills, pursue training and certifications to stay current with technology.
* Work remotely when required and maintain up-to-date maintenance documentation.
* Participate in a team rota for on-call/out-of-hours work.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in commercial air conditioning service and maintenance; experience in retail/hospitality/manufacturing/hotels/sports and leisure is beneficial.
* Current F-Gas Certification
* Full, clean UK Driving Licence
* Experience working onsite with customers and communicating professionally
* Technical leadership abilities and capability to teach others
* Aspiration to develop skills, learn new technology, and gain training/certifications
* Proven ability to work remotely
* Experience in keeping maintenance documentation up to date
* Knowledge of and/or certifications in relevant health and safety requirements
