HR Operations Team Leader - ASAP start - 6 months temporary role - £22 per hour plus holiday pay - Leicestershire
Macildowie is delighted to be working with a prestigious organisation to recruit a HR Operations Team Leader to lead a HR 'Hub'. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a customer-focused, high-quality HR support service that enhances the employee experience.
The role is initially for a period of around 6 months and offers hybrid working.
About the Role
* Leading a HR 'Hub' - a central contact centre for all HR-related queries.
* Overseeing HR Operations, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of employment contracts, contractual changes, and first-line HR advice.
* Driving a strong customer service culture.
* Ensuring compliance with key HR processes.
* Working closely with HR and payroll teams.
* Developing and motivating a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Monitoring service levels and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for enhancement.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Experience leading or supervising an HR support team within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, terms & conditions, and employment legislation.
* The ability to drive change and improve customer-focused processes.
