We are seeking two talented, committed, and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school team. These full-time, long-term roles involve providing dedicated one-to-one support for pupils with SEND and offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to children's learning and development.

Role Responsibilities
The successful Teaching Assistant will:
Provide one-to-one support for pupils with SEND
Support learning and development through targeted interventions and adapted strategies
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities
Implement SEN strategies and interventions (e.g. autism, ADHD, dyslexia, speech and language difficulties)
Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' social and emotional development
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external professionals
Contribute positively to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience working with children in a primary school setting
Level 2 Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools (or equivalent qualification)
GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN
Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
The ability to use initiative, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude
A strong commitment to supporting learning and positive behaviour
A proven record of good attendance and reliability
