Key Responsibilities: Conducting interviews and gathering evidence from victims, witnesses, and suspects. Ensuring vulnerable individuals receive appropriate support throughout the investigation process. Collaborating with partner agencies such as social services and healthcare. Compiling and presenting evidence for court proceedings. Undertaking further enquiries as directed by the Supervising Officer. Utilising internal IT systems to maintain investigation records. Skills/Experience: PIP2 accreditation is essential. Recent experience in Safe Guarding and Public Protection. Knowledge of criminal law and police procedures. Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
