Overview
Due to recent project wins, our client is currently hiring for a Mechanical Supervisor for a data centre site near Slough. The project will involve the installation of chiller water and condenser pipework and duties will include:
* Supervising the mechanical teams from installation to commissioning and handover
* Completing schedule of works issued in agreed timeframe
* Being responsible for the day to day workload and site based activities including tooling, paperwork, time management and staffing
* Managing inductions and toolbox talks
* Ensuring all health and safety policies and quality standards are being adhered to
* At times, assisting with the hands-on mechanical installation of pipework
Responsibilities

Requirements
* An industry relevant City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or above
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a full-time Supervisor
* Ability to influence and drive positive attitudes and behaviours with regards to site Health and Safety
* IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
* Essential knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements and mechanical safe systems of work
